Ettore Sottsass

A leader of modern design, Ettore Sottsass (1917-2007) was an architect and designer known who helped to revolutionise the industry in the late 20th century. Part of Milan’s famous Memphis Group design collective, the Italian designer’s work was bold and unconventional. Highlight pieces from his vast catalogue of work, which includes furniture, glassware, lighting and collectibles, are the angular Carlton room divider and Casablanca bookcase.
