Very elegant two-doored neoclassical Biedermeier armoire from South Germany, circa 1820. Great, balanced design with a beautiful wood composition and ebonized pilaster columns. The front, sides are veneered in a beautifully grained bookmatched walnut wood on softwood. The veneer becomes more vivid and slightly darker to the bottom of the armoire.
