Pair of stylish Postmodern "Edipo" table lamps by Mario Barbaglia and Marco Colombo for PAF Studio Milano (ca. 1980s, Italy).
Hollow forms with hard plastic black bases and fabric shades visible from one side and white acrylic panels seen from the other.
Intriguing design giving the appearance of two partial lamps making a whole. The dramatic, elegant forms are even more impressive in person, enhanced by the lovely, warm light emitted through the white acrylic.
