Lennox Cato Antiques and Works of Art was established in 1978 and has matured over the years to become one of England’s most recognised and leading antiques establishments. Husband and wife team, Lennox and Susan Cato, pride themselves on the service and commitment they provide to their clients, many of whom return time and again. Their motto ‘we never have problems, only solutions’ confirms their service is just as important as the product itself.
Lennox’s passion for antiques began at an early age having been adopted by a family of antique dealers. He grew a passion for 18th and 19th-century furniture which led him to become a furniture specialist on the BBC’s Antiques Roadshow. Over the years he was awarded the BACA Award for Best General Antiques Dealer in the South of England, became a board member of BADA as well as spending time as Country Vice Chairman.
