After her move from Paris, Marie decided to swap a career in law for interior design as she wanted to focus on her passion for aesthetics and decorative arts and being a lawyer didn't provide the opportunities for the creative expression that she was looking for.

Marie Ducasse Design was founded by Marie Ducasse, a Parisienne who has been living in London since 2008. The showroom, located in Battersea, appeals to a growing international cross-section of interior designers and clients as Marie has a fantastic eye for combining unusual antiques and 20th-century pieces with incredible skill; pulling together a scheme that feels genuinely original. She uses sophisticated palettes paired with diverse textures, finishes and details to create a look that is unusual yet refined.
