Maison Cédric is famous for its eclectic selection of 20th-century pieces. The gallery’s team – Cédric, Alice, Damien, Sébastien, Antoine and Camille - travel throughout Europe in search of the items that inspire them, displaying the works in Paris. Some of the pieces the Maison Cédric team has found on their travels include a 1970s Maison Jansen chest of drawers made from solid mahogany, lacquered in a rich dark brown and bronze–golden finish; and a rare and beautiful French Modernist desk made by Georges Frydman for EFA editor in the late 1950s. Mixing up styles you can also get your hands on a trendy mid-century Danish table lamp by Johannes Hammerborg for Fog & Mørup; an iconic single-leaf Rhubarb table lamp by Tommaso Barbi by Carlo Giorgi in Italy in the 1970s; and a large mirror designed and produced in Italy by Dal Vera in the early 1970s that mixes bamboo and brass. The Maison Cédric exhibition area is accessible by appointment only.
